I will only work from visual references, not descriptions. If you don't have a visual reference, you can use a screenshot from any character creator and let me know of any differences. I will not work with AI-generated references.

You may only use the commission for personal, non-commercial use.

You may print out or otherwise reproduce the art for any reason EXCEPT with the intent to sell it or pass it off as your own.

You may post the art anywhere with a link back to my Ko-Fi or Carrd somewhere visible on the same page as the art.

You may edit the art however you want.

You may not intentionally feed the art into any AI program.

You will receive the sketch draft within 7 days after you've paid OR once your slot is next, the lineart within 10 days after your final approval of the sketch, and the final colored commission within 14 days after your final approval of the lineart.

In addition to the base wait time, please allow about an extra month of wait time for every person ahead of you in the queue. (I will only open about 3 at a time)

I will let you know if you or another slot will require more time depending on the amount of add-ons.

All files sent for your approval will be resized with a watermark on them. You will get the full size unwatermarked files once you approve the final colored version and do not require any revisions.

If you're not sure about the pose you want, I can send you a few very rough sketch variations for you to pick one from to make into a clean sketch for final approval.

At any stage I can make revisions until you are happy with it. Exception: No revisions to lineart once coloring has started unless it's something small or I made a mistake we both missed.

Once the final version of the commission has been approved it cannot be revised, unless there is a mistake that was not visible on the resized version that is now visible on the full-size version.

Note: "Completed" for each stage means that I have sent you the file for approval (before any cancellation request), whether you have approved it or not.

I suspect you have any intention of violating the usage terms,

I suspect you are trying to use revisions to get different versions of the artwork,

I cannot reach you for an extended amount of time (over 2 months) with no explanation from you,

software/hardware issues or unexpected life events prevent me from continuing the commission or finishing within the expected time frames outlined earlier.
